Until 15 March 2026, the Palais de Lomé hosts the exhibition “Design in West Africa”, a vibrant celebration of West African creativity through more than 20 designers from the region. The exhibition highlights the diversity of materials, craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics that shape African design today. From everyday objects to conceptual pieces, each work reflects a conversation between tradition and modernity, rooted in local realities but open to global innovation. « Design in West Africa » illustrates the strong voice of a new generation of creators, who are reconnecting with the cultural riches of their territories while offering a bold vision of the future.
